Privacy policy
Short, because this site collects almost nothing. There is no contact form here and no email address, so there is very little for a policy to be about.
Call dispatch, any hour (669) 338-4601 Someone picks up at any hour. Same-day slots open and close through the day, so the dispatcher will tell you what is actually free when you call.
Nothing on this page is about appliances, so here is a control board
Information you give us
If you telephone House Services 24/7, we take what is needed to carry out the work: your name, the address of the appliance, a contact number, the model and serial of the unit, and a description of the fault. That information is used to schedule and complete the repair and to keep a service record for the appliance.
If you use the external booking link, the booking is handled on that provider's system and is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We receive the appointment details from it so we can confirm the slot with you by phone.
Information this website collects
This site is a set of static pages. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system and no email address to write to. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising or behavioural tracking scripts.
Two pages embed a Google Maps frame showing the coverage area. Loading that frame is a request to Google and is governed by Google's own privacy terms. Nothing about your visit is passed to it by us.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user agent — for security and diagnostics. These are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade customer information. We do not add callers to a marketing list. We do not send promotional messages to people who have contacted us about a repair.
Sharing
Information is shared only where the job requires it: with a parts supplier to order a component against your serial number, with the booking provider to hold your appointment, and with a payment processor to take payment. It is not shared for any other purpose.
Retention
Service records are kept so that a return visit or a warranty question can be answered against what was actually done to your appliance. Records that are no longer needed for that purpose or for tax and accounting obligations are disposed of.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. California residents have specific rights under state privacy law, including the right to know and the right to delete. Telephone (669) 338-4601 and ask — that is the only channel we operate, and it is the same one used for repairs.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page. This version was last reviewed in 2026.
